At the Outdoor Exhibitions, if John Platts is unavoidably absent, he requests that a member please take his place, collect the pitch fees to be passed to the Treasurer, and act as spokesman for the group if necessary.

Handing in 10:00am to 11:00am.
Public viewing 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Official opening and private viewing doors open at 7:00pm, close at 9:00pm.
Open to the Public from Monday 24th to Thursday 27th October 2011 between 10:00am and 5:00pm and on Friday 28th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Paintings are available for sale at the exhibition. Visitors will also be able to vote for the Society's award for the best picture in the show, selected by a ballot of viewers. The winner will be announced at approximately 4 pm on Friday 28th October.
Pictures should be collected from the College between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm on Friday 29th October (please, not before 4:30). Note no pictures can remain after 5:30pm.

Tesco Supermarket

Society members will be displaying paintings for sale from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Members may place their stands between the escalators in the foyer, and are requested to allow space for Tesco customers and their trolleys. Access for transporting pictures, etc. is between 8:00am and 4:30pm. Members are requested to observe all requirements of Tesco's Security staff.
